What Coaches Need to Know
Accreditation
All coaches and team managers must hold valid accreditation issued through their National Federation. Full details and requirements will be published in the official event bulletin.
Team Entry
Entries are submitted through Sportdata by National Federations. Confirm all athlete details, weights, and categories with your NF well ahead of the submission deadline.
Bench Passes
Bench passes are issued on-site during accreditation. The number of passes per team delegation will be confirmed in the event bulletin. Officials must be registered.
UK Visa & Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)
All coaches, managers, and officials travelling to the UK must check their entry requirements well in advance. Many Commonwealth nations require a UK visa. An Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) may be required even for visa-exempt nationalities.
- • Apply as early as possible — visa processing can take several weeks
- • ETA costs £10 and must be obtained before travel
